No. 636/Bill No. 218 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:47 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred Bill No. 218, <br /> reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 218, from Public Works Director Warren H. W.
