EACH DAY. <br /> This amendment was generated based on a request for the loading zones in the Kailua <br /> Village area to have a start time and end time each day of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm <br /> respectively. The request came from the Hawaii Police Department and received <br /> support from the Kailua Village Business Improvement District. The primary reason for <br /> the request was to open up more parking along Alii Drive.
