EACH DAY. <br /> (5) Alii Drive, west SOUTHWEST (MAKAI) side, beginning from a point <br /> fifty-few ONE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE feet south SOUTHEAST of Kakina Road <br /> and extending seventy-seven feet in the shy SOUTHEASTERLY direction= <br /> 7:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. EACH DAY. <br /> These amendments were generated based on a request for the loading zones in the <br /> Kailua Village area to have a start time and end time each day of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm <br /> respectively. The request came from the Hawaii Police Department and received <br /> support from the Kailua Village Business Improvement District. The primary reason for <br /> the request was to open up more parking along Alii Drive.
