BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />State of Hawai`i Department of Transportation is urged to construct a designated pedestrian <br />crossing area located in the vicinity of the Volcano Village between the Old Volcano Road and <br />Wright Road on Mamalahoa Highway, otherwise known as Highway 11 or the Hawai`i Belt <br />Road. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall forward copies of this <br />resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P. Kenoi; Warren Lee, Director of the Department of <br />Public Works; the State of Hawai`i Department of Transportation; the Honorable Senator Gilbert <br />Kahele; the Honorable Senator Josh Green, M.D.; the Honorable Senator Malama Solomon; the <br />Honorable Representative Jerry L.
