Chapter 24, article 11, division 2, section 24-310, schedule 14 (Reserved), <br /> of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 24-310. Schedule 14. [Reser: ] Truck routes. <br /> When properly sign posted, the following private streets or portions of private <br /> streets are designated as truck routes: <br /> (a) Hamakua <br /> (b) North Hilo <br /> Lc,) South Hilo <br /> (d) Ka`u <br /> () Hawaiian Ocean View Estates Subdivision. <br /> 1. Any vehicle with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of more than <br /> ten thousand pounds shall be restricted to the following street segments, <br /> until that vehicle reaches the intersection with the nearest subdivision <br /> road it can use to make a local delivery: <br /> (A) Aloha Boulevard from Highway 11 to its intersection with Marlin <br /> Boulevard. <br /> (B) Marlin Boulevard from its intersection with Aloha Boulevard to its <br /> intersection with Kailua Boulevard. <br /> (C) Kailua Boulevard from its intersection with Marlin Boulevard to <br /> its intersection with King Kamehameha Boulevard. <br /> (D) King Kamehameha Boulevard from its intersection with Kailua <br /> Boulevard to its intersection with Highway 11. <br /> (e) Kohala <br /> (f) Kona <br /> (g) Puna" <br />
