Should the Council adopt a Unified Impact Fees Ordinance setting forth <br />criteria for imposition of exaction or the assessment of impact fees, conditions <br />included herein shall be credited towards the requirements of the Unified Impact <br />Fees Ordinance. <br />[ N-- ] M.
