No. 672/Bill No. 232, reports as <br /> follows: <br /> Bill No. 232, transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, via Communication No. 672, dated <br /> April 11, 2012, is a Planning Director initiated ordinance amending Chapter 25, Article 2 and <br /> Article 4 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to Zoning <br /> District Regulations for Crematoriums, Funeral Homes, Funeral Services and Mortuaries. Also <br /> enclosed was a favorable recommendation from the Windward Planning Commission Chair <br /> Zendo Kern and Leeward Planning Commission Chair Geraldine Giffin. <br /> Council Member Yagong moved to amend Bill 232 with the contents of Communication 672.1 <br /> to correct a clerical error. Bill 232 was amended with a vote of eight ayes to one absent.
