Exhibit "1" <br /> Those certain parcels of land situate at Kapaau, <br /> North Kohala, County and State of Hawaii, described as <br /> follows: <br /> LOTS 1 and 2, as shown on Map 1 filed in the Office <br /> of the Assistant Registrar of the Land Court of Hawaii with <br /> Land Court Application No. 1288, being all of the land <br /> described in Owner's Duplicate "Certificate of Title No. <br /> 22,196,• and conveyed by that certain Deed dated April 1, 1965 <br /> from which. Certificate of Title Nos . 102694f 102695, and <br /> 102696 were issued, which Deed was also recorded in the <br /> Bureau of Conveyances at Liber 5012, Page 499 ; SUBJECT, <br /> HOWEVER, to the encumbrances mentioned in said Deed and on <br /> said Certificates of Title. <br />
