No. 247-12 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 7:00 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred <br /> Resolution No. 247-12, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 247-12, transmitted by Deputy Corporation Counsel William V. Brilhante via <br /> Communication No. 683, dated April 6, 2012, accepts a bill of sale for sewer facilities for Pualani <br /> Estates at Kona, (roadlots 132 and 147) district of North Kona, Island, County and State of Hawai`i, <br /> from D.R. Horton—Schuler Homes, LLC. <br /> D. R. Horton—Schuler, LLC is desirous of granting the County of Hawai`i the easements and sewer <br /> facilities found on the premises described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B, which are attached to <br /> this resolution.
