W. Lee, via Communication <br /> No. 692, dated April 20, 2012, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 2, Section 24-267, <br /> Schedulel5 (One way streets), subsection (a)(3), Hamakua by revising existing item: <br /> "(3) Pakalana Street in Honoka`a.
