He also asked her to <br /> submit to his office an amendment for Section 2-178, so that she can have the flexibility to <br /> negotiate assessed values for a fair and equitable solution to both parties. <br /> Mr. Yoshimoto agreed with most of the comments and suggested amendments made by other <br /> Council Members.
