Ford, Council Member <br />t. <br />CD <br />Proposed Amendment to Resolution No. 256 -12; Authorizing The Director Of <br />Finance To Enter Into Negotiations For The Acquisition Of The Waikaku`u <br />Forest Parcels (TMKs: 8 -7 -008: 002, 033 And 034) In The Ahupua'a Of <br />Waikaku`u, South Kona, Pursuant To Chapter 2, Article 42, Hawai`i County <br />Code 1983 (2005 Edition, As Amended). <br />Resolution No. 256 -12 is amended to change the name of the "Waikaku`u Park" to "Waikaku`u <br />Forest Reserve Park" in the second "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED" clause as follows (material <br />to be added is underscored): <br />"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these parcels, if obtained, collectively shall be <br />named "Waikaku`u Forest Reserve Park "; and" <br />BJF/ <br />Serving the Interests of the People of Our Island <br />Hawai`i County Is An Equal Opportunity Provider And Employer <br />Comm.
