Salary Ordinance of 2012 <br />Page 4 <br />SECTION 6. Official fidelity bonds. Pursuant to the provisions of section 2 -2 of the <br />Hawai `i County Code and any amendments thereto, official fidelity bonds, filed and approved in <br />the form and manner set forth in sections 46 -26 and 46 -28, Hawai `i Revised Statutes, shall be <br />required of the persons appointed to or occupying certain positions enumerated in the above <br />sections; said bonds shall be in the custody of the director of finance. <br />SECTION 7.
