BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that in <br />accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, and Chapter 21 of <br />the Hawai`i County Code, the County of Hawai`i finds that it is in the public interest to accept, <br />and hereby accepts, the grant of perpetual easement and bill of sale for all portions of the sewer <br />facilities found on the premises described in Exhibit A and depicted on Exhibit B attached <br />hereto. <br />BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the clerk of the County of Hawai`i, is directed to <br />transmit copies of this resolution to: (1) the Honorable William P. Kenoi, Mayor of the County <br />of Hawaii; (2) the Department of Public Works; (3) the Department of Environmental <br />Management; (4) Deputy Corporation Counsel William V. Brilhante; and (5) D.R.
