The Traffic Division is proposing to convert this area to a no parking at anytime area. In April 2012, the Traffic Division conducted a traffic study and found that the subject stalls were illegally used and when occupied, caused unnecessary congestion at the intersection. Also, found in the study is that there are other stalls available throughout the day along Mohouli Street. In an effort to offset the loss of the three parking stalls, the Traffic Division will be looking to add as many stalls as possible along Mohouli Street between Kilauea Avenue and Kinoole Street.
