The purpose of this measure is to address the adjustments to the no parking <br /> at anytime zones that were made in an effort to increase parking along Aupuni Street. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28. No parking at <br /> anytime, subsection (c), South Hilo, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), is <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> (c) South Hilo <br /> (1) Ainako Avenue, Hamakua side, between Kaumana Drive and the Ernest B. de Silva <br /> School entrance. <br /> (2) Alenaio Drive, makai side. <br /> (3) Anderton Camp Roadway, Hilo side, for its entire length. <br /> (4) `Anela Street, mauka side,between Kawailani Street and Puainako Street. <br /> (5) Aupuni Street, northwest side, from a point one thousand one hundred [seventy <br /> eight]sixty-three feet southeast of Pauahi Street to Kilauea Avenue. <br /> [(6) Aupuni Street, north ast side, from a point one thousand one hundred twenty feet <br /> northwest of Kilauea Avenue and extending two hundred sixty seven feet in the <br /> [(-7-)](6)Aupuni Street, northeast side, from a point one thousand five hundred sixty-two feet <br /> northwest of Kilauea Avenue to Pauahi Street. <br /> [(8) Aupuni Street, southeast side, from a point six hundred sixty two feet northeast of <br /> Kilauea Avenue and extending two hundred forty five feet in the northwesterly <br /> direction.] <br /> [(9)](7) Aupuni Street, southwest side, from Pauahi Street and extending two hundred thirty-five <br /> feet in the southeasterly direction. <br /> [(-1-03](8i Aupuni Street, southwest side, from a point three hundred [ene]forty-one feet <br /> southeast of Pauahi Street and extending two hundred [eighytwe]eighteen feet in the <br /> southeasterly direction. <br />
