The intent of these amendments is to revise the speed limits along South Kulani Road. The Traffic Division's proposal is to keep the existing 25 mph speed limit from Volcano Road up until parcel 1-8-086:026. A new 35 mph speed limit will be installed from parcel 1-8-086:026 to three hundred feet northwest of the bridge 18-1. The rest of South Kulani Road will remain at 25 mph.
