Hawaii — ASE Technicians Chart <br /> o Of the 2669 ASE Technicians — only 1058 are registered <br /> with the State of Hawaii. <br /> o 39% compliance rate for all ASE passed technicians — why <br /> is this? Public is unaware and the State of Hawaii system <br /> is Flawed <br /> 3. & 4. Repair Dealer Licensee List / Graph — 4 year breakdown <br /> o Over a 4 year period of 16 non-car dealer registered <br /> Repair Dealers only 2 (per State requirement) were <br /> registered correctly. 2 were registered the following year <br /> of operating their business. <br /> o 2 of 16 registered correctly are NOT good statistics. <br /> o State system shows only 4 new businesses over the past 4 <br /> years which seems falsely low. <br />
