No. 775 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Kailua-Kona, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 9:08 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 775, reports as follows: <br /> Communication 775, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated June 28, 2012, <br /> authorizes the acceptance of a donation from Mr. Jim Lee of Signage and Beyond, the following <br /> donation: <br /> One new custom sign; valued at $700 to be utilized by the Hawaii Fire Department's Hawaiian <br /> Paradise Park Fire Station. This portable, concrete sign comes with its own solar light so the <br /> public can easily locate and identify the fire station in the daytime or at night. <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the <br /> County, may accept gifts or donations of money.
