REQUEST: <br /> Our office is requesting a bill for an ordinance to appropriate $400,000 for the Neighborhood Stabilization <br /> Program in account no. 010.956.5956.01.115. We are also requesting a resolution authorizing the Mayor of <br /> the County of Hawaii to enter into a Supplemental Agreement with the State of Hawaii Department of <br /> Business, Economic Development and Tourism, Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation for <br /> the construction of an affordable rental unit in the Na Kahua Hale 0 Ulu Wini project (formerly known as the <br /> Kaloko Rental Housing Project). <br /> B.
