The Executive Committee at its June 22, 2011 meeting, approved the <br /> establishment of a sub-committee relating to the appointment and hiring <br /> of a HSAC Executive Director, expansion of HSAC membership to <br /> corporations, and modifications of HSAC dues. <br /> C. The Executive Committee at its June 22, 2011 meeting, approved a 60 day <br /> term extension for the Fiscal Year 2010-2011 HSAC slate of officers. <br /> D. The Executive Committee at its July 8, 2011 meeting, approved the <br /> following sub-committee representatives for the appointment and hiring of <br /> a HSAC Executive Director, expansion of HSAC membership to <br /> corporations, and modifications of HSAC dues: <br />
