COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 294 <br />12 <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A <br />DONATION OF TWO DELL PRINTERS TO THE OFFICE OF THE <br />PROSECUTING ATTORNEY <br />WHEREAS, Dell of Hawai'i is donating two (2) printers to the Office of <br />the Prosecuting Attorney; and <br />WHEREAS, one (1) printer is valued at $1,099.99 and one (1) printer is <br />valued at $1,809.99; and <br />WHEREAS, one (1) printer will be used in the Prosecutor's Hilo office <br />and one (1) printer will be used in the Prosecutor's Kona office; and <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12, of the Hawai'i County Charter <br />provides that the Council, on behalf of the County, may accept gifts of <br />donations of money, securities or other personal property or of real estate or <br />any interest in real estate, and Chapter 2, Article 30, Section 2-162 (a) of the <br />Hawai'i County Code states that any gifts or donations of money, securities, or <br />personal property which fall within the capitalization procedures of the <br />Department of Finance, may be accepted by resolution approved by the <br />Council; and <br />WHEREAS, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney recommends the <br />acceptance of this donation; now, therefore, <br />
