02 April 2012 <br /> TO: THE PANAEWA KUMIAI/CONCERNED RESIDENTS <br /> FROM: MARVELLEE BRANCO-AZ ,�� 1 <br /> RE: REZONING <br /> It is in support of our residents, families, children and present living <br /> conditions that I support this group of and their intent against any further <br /> development of a rezoning effort in our area, specifically, the Sonomura <br /> Property on Awa St. <br /> I have not been actively involved with the Kumiai group since 2009 but have <br /> also not been a part of the aforementioned applicant as well and have not <br /> spoken for it or supported them by any means. There is a discrepancy in <br /> having my name mentioned in the past as a supporter. I have not been <br /> approached by the applicant or their representative and reject any proposals <br /> stating that I am "for the rezoning". I personally spoke about the rezoning <br /> issue with my now deceased father-in-law last year, but in no way did I <br /> agree to any rezoning issues. He did inform me that there may be another <br /> application forthcoming, at which time I agreed to not publicly oppose the <br /> application, but rather remain out of any further contact by either party. As <br /> it stood, I did not discuss this matter further with any representative of <br /> Sonomura Properties or the Panaewa Kumiai or any individuals. <br /> I am against the rezoning of the property at this time! <br /> Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter. <br /> Comm.
