The request shall be accompanied by a filing fee of $500. <br />Section 25-6-15. [meals.] Appeal of director's actions on P.U.D. final site plans. <br />(a) If the director denies approval of a P.U.D. [permit,] final site plan, such decision is final <br />except that, within thirty days after the date of the written decision, the applicant may appeal <br />such action to the board of appeals, pursuant to the rules of practice and procedure of the <br />board of appeals. <br />(b) Any person aggrieved by the decision of the director in the [issuanee] approval of a P.U.D. <br />[permit deeis".r] final site plan may appeal the director's action to the board of appeals, in <br />accordance with this chapter, within thirty days after the date of the director's written <br />decision." <br />SECTION 3. Material to be repealed is bracketed and stricken. New material is <br />underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed and stricken material, and <br />underscoring need not be included. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof <br />to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or <br />applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this ordinance are severable. <br />SECTION 5.
