The funds <br /> will be used for underage drinking enforcement operations, to produce liquor violation and <br /> other arrests during enforcement projects, and to use Public Service Announcements to <br /> provide education and to encourage underage individuals not to consume alcohol illegally in <br /> parks and public areas. <br /> Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with the State of <br /> Hawaii Department of Transportation for this grant.
