COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />ORDINANCE NO. 12 <br />2 <br />BILL NO. 279 <br />(DRAFT 2) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 12 -87, AS AMENDED, <br />RELATING TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2012 TO JUNE 30, 2013. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 12 -87, as amended, Relating to Public <br />Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2013, <br />is hereby amended by establishing the following program appropriations: <br />PROGRAM AMOUNT <br />Roadway Projects (Engineering) $1,650,000 <br />Bridge Inspection, Repair, & Replacement 1,500,000 <br />Program (Engineering) <br />ADA Curb Cut & Accessible Route Program 200,000 <br />(Engineering) <br />Local Road Improvements (Highways) 3,350,000 <br />TOTAL $6,700,000 <br />Allotments from these program appropriations shall be made to be specific projects listed <br />on the attached Exhibit A. <br />SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from that portion of the <br />Highway Fund which is designated as the Fuel Tax Increase Account No. 3104.06, and <br />which consists of the increase fuel tax revenues created pursuant to Resolution No. <br />504 -08. <br />
