No. 285-12 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 3:55 p.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 285-12, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 285-12, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 284, by Finance Director Nancy Crawford <br /> via Communication No. 796, dated July 26, 2012, authorizing the receipt and expenditure of State <br /> Funding appropriated by the State Legislature pursuant to Act 106, Session Laws of Hawai`i 2012, <br /> for Hawai`i County's Justice Reinvestment Initiative Program.
