The proposed amendments read as follows: <br /> 1. Amending the Be It Further Resolved clause to read: <br /> "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment shall take effect upon adoption, <br /> and be implemented for the Committee and Council meetings scheduled for [October 2] <br /> November 8, 2012, and [October 3] November 9, 2012, respectively.” <br /> 2.
