The proposed amendments below are illustrated in Ramseyer format with respect to the contents of Bill No. 307, and are in bold for illustrative purposes only. 1. Section 1, Findings and Determinations, is amended to read: "SECTION 1. Findings and Determinations. The County Council hereby determines sale and delivery of general obligation bonds of the County in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed [$16,830,000] $26,271,120 (the"Bonds")for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs of the County Projects referred to in Section 2 hereof." 2. Section 2, Authorization of Bonds, is amended to read: "SECTION 2. Authorization of Bonds. There are hereby authorized for issuance and sale, in one or more series, Bonds of the County, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed{$430,000] $26,271,120, for the purpose of funding all or a portion of the costs (including costs of issuance of the Bonds)of public improvement projects authorized and set forth as follows: Estimated "Project Description Cost New South Kona Police Station 16,500,000 Repair Hilo Outfall 1,000,000 Kilauea Avenue Im s rovements 4 016 000 Kamehameha Hwy Reconstruction,Wailoa Bridge to Ponahawai Street 3,240,000 Comm.No. &-741./.'
