Then, they would force locals to pay for <br /> improvements or lose their property. <br /> There is absolutely nothing good about the concept of the Public Land Development <br /> Corporation. Corporations are given carte blanche to operate outside of the laws. The PLDC <br /> must be abolished and never introduced again. It is an insult to the people of the Big Island. <br /> Geothermal energy is but one way to generate energy for the state.
