View. I am opposed to Bill 168 (i.e. <br /> application to rezone a residential property to commercial in Mt. View). This area is already <br /> congested with the catholic church, the charter school, the post office, all located on a curve <br /> that obstructs the view of drivers. The Post Office parking is often congested and cars are often <br /> backed up on Hwy 11. At times people need to park across the street and then walk across the <br /> highway to the Post Office. This increases the possibility of a pedestrian/vehicle accident. <br /> Adding another commercial venture in this area would make access comparable to the entry of <br /> WalMart on Makaala street in Hilo.
