Let's be <br /> pioneers and encourage individual ingenuity in solving ecological <br /> crises. <br /> In particular, I advocate a practice I call "yellow tagging". This <br /> would simply be an announcement to potential buyers and visitors that <br /> the structure is not according to building codes but without making it <br /> illegal.
