Attachment 2 <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> This Agreement shall be in effect beginning , 20 . AWARDEE <br /> shall complete acquisition of the Property and record the conveyance no later than <br /> 20 . If any of the performances required in the Scope of Performance are not completed <br /> within the time stated, AWARDEE may be required to return all funds previously received by it <br /> pursuant to this Agreement. The Chairperson of the Board of Land and Natural Resources may <br /> extend the time for performance of any requirement. Requests for extension must be submitted <br /> by AWARDEE in writing 90 days prior to , 20_, or they will not be considered. <br />
