Bill No. 266, Draft 3, was amended by the contents of <br /> Communication No. 745.21 and Communication No. 745.22 (as amended), as duly approved by <br /> the Council during its meeting on October 17, 2012. <br /> The Council moved to "divide the question" for the motion to amend with Communication No. <br /> 745.22. The successful motion to "divide the question" provided that only certain amendments <br /> contained in Communication No. 745.22 were approved by the Council. <br /> Communication No. 745.22 (as amended) and Communication No. 745.21 both added <br /> paragraphs to Section 25-4-15, subsection (d). The numbering of paragraphs in Section 25-4-15, <br /> subsection (d), has been revised accordingly. <br /> Pursuant to Council Rule No. 24(le), Bill No. 266, Draft 4, has been held over for second and <br /> final reading.
