Due to the pressing need for the <br /> interconnectivity this dedicated roadway will provide between Mamalahoa Highway Bypass <br /> (north segment) and the mauka portion of Haleki`i Street that connects with Mamalahoa <br /> Highway, the Department of Public Works is requesting that this dedication be waived through <br /> committee and placed on the full Council agenda at the earliest possible time. <br /> For your information, the deed has been reviewed by the Department of Public Works, <br /> Department of Water Supply, Planning Department, and Department of Environmental <br /> Environment. Also enclosed are copies of approval letters from the various departments <br /> concerned. <br /> Upon acceptance of the above limited warranty deed, please send notification of such <br /> acceptance to: (1) the Honorable William P. Kenoi, Mayor of the County of Hawai`i; (2) the <br /> Department of Public Works; (3) Senior Deputy Corporation Counsel Joseph K.
