Installation of the infrastructure was accomplished in 1991 utilizing a Construction Right-of-Entry from the managing trustee however, the easement was never finalized and executed. Installation of the force main pipeline, equipment, structures and other related facilities was done by the County in compliance with County standards and the infrastructure is owned and operated by the County. As such, the Department of Environmental Management recommends acceptance of the easement.
