NO • <br /> 1 (2) Spices are exempted unless spice is the major portion <br /> 2 of the 2roduct. <br /> 3 (d) All packaging and labeling for products claiming to contain <br /> 4 some but less than 100% Hawai 'i-grown product shall conform to <br /> 5 the following conditions : <br /> 6 ( 1) A blended plant or animal product labeled with the <br /> 7 words "Hawai 'i" "Hawaiian" or the name of any Hawaiian <br /> 8 region (e.g. "75% Kona Coffee Blend") shall : <br /> 9 (A) Contain a minimum of 75% of that named region' s <br /> 10 agricultural or animal product, and shall use the <br /> 11 word "Blend" in the identification of the <br /> 12 product; <br /> 13 (B) List the percentage number of the majority <br /> 14 portion of the product (e. g.
