Relationship between local short teem uses and long term productivity: The <br /> requested zoning is compatible with the surrounding area and will still provide <br /> agicultural opporturtin• to others. <br /> 34. Mitigative measures: No mitigative measures are proposed since the roadway <br /> and water availability will be handled privately. <br /> 35. Ntematives to the proposed development: No alternatives. <br /> 36. Irreversible and irretrievable commitments of natural resources: The <br /> commitments of natural resources does not appear to be an issue because the <br /> properly has been previously cleared. <br /> <br />
