The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 010.3302.03 Federal Grants—Speed Enforcement Grant General $ 2,991 <br /> To: <br /> 010.201.5219.44 Speed Enforcement Grant General $ 2,991 <br /> The State Department of Transportation Public Affairs - Safe Community Program is providing funds to <br /> the Hawai`i County Police Department for the purchase of two additional Stealth Speed Data Collector <br /> units. <br /> Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, County departments must obtain the consent of the <br /> Council to enter into agreements with the Federal or State governments respecting action to be taken <br /> pursuant to any powers granted by law to furnish, expend, and receive any funds or other assistance <br /> connection with projects being or to be undertaken pursuant to those powers. <br /> There was no discussion on this measure. <br /> FC Report No. 8 <br />
