The amendment is as follows: <br /> From: <br /> 010.3303.63 Federal Grants—Hawai`i County Police General $ 7,980 <br /> Department (HCPD) Data Grant <br /> To: <br /> 010.201.5216.18 HCPD Data Grant General $ 7,980 <br /> The State Department of Transportation Public Affairs-Safe Community Program is providing <br /> additional funds to allow the HCPD to purchase a server needed for their crash data transfer project. <br /> Pursuant to Section 46-7, Hawai`i Revised Statutes, County departments must obtain the consent of the <br /> Council to enter into agreements with the Federal or State governments respecting action to be taken <br /> pursuant to any powers granted by law to furnish, expend, and receive any funds or other assistance <br /> connection with projects being or to be undertaken pursuant to those powers. <br /> There was no discussion on this measure. <br /> FC Report No. 9 <br />
