BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the wishes of the American Heart <br /> Association, one (1) AED shall be placed at the Kamana Senior Center, the Kea'au Community <br /> Center (Senior Center), the "Pahoa Senior Center,"the Waiakea Recreation Center, and <br /> Kula`imano Park (Community Center). <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a"Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnity <br /> Agreement" be executed, as recommended by the Office of the Corporation Counsel, to release <br /> the American Heart Association from any and all liability that may arise with respect to this <br /> generous donation. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution and a letter of <br /> appreciation acknowledging this generous donation be sent to the American Heart Association. <br /> BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of Hawai`i is directed to <br /> transmit copies of this resolution to the Honorable Mayor William P.
