BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> The Kohala Hospital has requested the conveyance of this unused County owned remnant to be used for a <br /> new access road to the emergency room. The existing entrance to the emergency room involves navigating <br /> through the parking lot. This new access road will be much safer, and will also provide faster entry for <br /> patient drop off.
