No. 40 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:38 am <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Public Safety and Mass Transit,to which was referred Communication <br /> No. 40, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 40,transmitted by Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated December 18, 2012, <br /> nominates David De Luz, Jr. of Council District 5 to the County of Hawai`i Fire Commission. <br /> Mr. De Luz is a lifelong resident of Hawai`i. He is currently Vice President of David S. De Luz, <br /> Sr.,Enterprises. Mr. De Luz is a member of the Rotary Club of Hilo Bay, Kanoelehua Industrial <br /> Area Association(KIAA), Crime Stoppers Hilo and the Hawai`i County Economic Opportunity <br /> Council (HCEOC). Mr. De Luz states that he is not affiliated with any political party.
