No. 24-13, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 24-13, transmitted by Assistant Corporation Counsel Katherine Garson via <br /> Communication No. 34, dated December 10, 2012, accepts the dedication of lot 26-A-2, a <br /> portion of tax map key: (3) 1-6-152:026 (portion of Milo street), situate at Kea`au, District of <br /> Puna, Island and County of Hawai`i, State of Hawaii, from W. H. Shipman, Limited. <br /> W. H. Shipman, Limited is desirous of granting the roadway lot, including all subdivision <br /> improvements,to the County of Hawai`i for roadway purposes (containing an area of 0.098 <br /> acre). <br /> This resolution(Resolution No. 281-12, Comm.
