This project will provide for a <br /> multi-purpose center capable of holding large events as well as provide an emergency shelter for <br /> the residents of Kona. <br /> As per Article X, Section 10-6 of the Hawai`i County Charter, your recommendations to the <br /> proposed amendment will be greatly appreciated. <br /> This measure is scheduled to be heard at the committee meetings at the West Hawai`i Civic <br /> Center Council Chambers on January 22, 2013.
