Kenoi, via Communication No. 68, dated <br /> December 14, 2012, amends Ordinance No. 07-106, which amended Ordinance No. 02-21, <br /> which amended Ordinance No. 98-87, which amended Ordinance No. 90-008, which reclassified <br /> lands from Agricultural—20 Acres (A-20a)to Agricultural—3 Acres (A-3a) at Kahua 1st, North <br /> Kohala, Hawai`i, covered by tax map key 5-9-007:007 (applicant: Elwin F. Hussey) <br /> (Area: 28.832 acres). <br /> Mayor William P. Kenoi is transmitting the above bill and enclosures, with a favorable <br /> recommendation from the Leeward Planning Commission. The applicant is requesting a <br /> five-year time extension to comply with Condition C (secure final subdivision approval). <br /> Ordinance No. 90-008 approved reclassification of Ag 20 acres (A-20a)to Ag 3 acres (A-3a) for <br /> the development of 8 lots in a cul-de-sac in North Kohala. <br /> Ms. Susan Wells Fischer, representing the applicant, Elwin F.
