REQUEST: <br /> To amend the FY12 General Fund operating budget by increasing revenues and appropriations by the <br /> following: <br /> Increase Public Service Co Tax estimated revenues by250,000 <br /> Add new appropriation Transfer to Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation <br /> Maintenance Fund for$250,000 <br /> We are asking that the Finance Committee be waived to ensure that the first transfer may be done by the <br /> deadline as required by the County Chareter. <br /> B.
