Section 21-27, Hawai'i County Code states that the landowner shall not have any interest in the <br /> extension. Therefore, upon DEM'S final acceptance of the approved sewer extension, it will <br /> become part of the Public Sewer System and will be the responsibility of the County of Hawai'i <br /> Wastewater Division to maintain.
