No. 84 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i <br /> TIME: 10:16 a.m. <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawai`i County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawai`i 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Planning, to which was referred Communication No. 84, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 84, from Mayor William P. Kenoi, dated January 7, 2013 transmits the <br /> nomination of Mr. John Mueller to the South Kohala Community Development Plan Action <br /> Committee for the Council's review and favorable recommendation. <br /> Mr. Mueller is a full-time resident of Waikoloa for one year, but has been travelling every year <br /> to the Big Island for approximately 20 years. He has a Master of Arts degree and is nationally <br /> trained in Mathematics. Mr. Mueller served as the curriculum coordinator at a Magnet school <br /> and is now retired after 25 years of teaching. He is a volunteer for the National Oceanic and <br /> Atmospheric Administration, a member of the West Hawai`i Astronomy Club and the Waikoloa <br /> Seniors Group. Mr. Mueller's ability to teach and work with others in the public will be an asset <br /> to the Action Committee.
