Ordinance No. 12-198, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and <br /> Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1,2012 to June 30, 2013, is hereby amended by <br /> adding the following appropriation: <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION: <br /> Kona Emergency Shelter&Multi-purpose Event Center $ 30,000,000 <br /> (110.599.5596.51) <br /> SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from: <br /> County General Obligation Bonds $ 11,000,000 <br /> State Grants Receivable $ 10,000,000 <br /> Federal—Air National Guard Assistance $ 2,000,000 <br /> Federal Grants (Emergency shelter) $ 5,000,000 <br /> Fair Share/Parks or other funding $ 2,000,000 <br /> SECTION 3.
